SUMMER SESSION, April 19–July 25, 2026
All classes will be held at 1824 Spring Street, #207, unless designated as Zoom classes.
If you are attending in person, please bring your own mat. Thin, foldable mats are best for Iyengar Yoga practice. If you do not have your own, you may use a studio mat. Other props—blocks, belts, etc.—will be provided. As they may be disturbing to your fellow students, please do not wear fragrances to class.
Zoom classes are available for students with at least 3 months of experience with Iyengar Yoga. Zoom students must have available a full set of props: 1 mat, 3 blankets, 1 belt, 2 blocks, 1 bolster, 1 folding chair or appropriate substitute.
Please note that the building’s front door automatically locks at 6:00pm. Evening and early morning students should contact Constance for information on how and where to enter.

Practicing Iyengar yoga gives me a great sense of well-being. As I age, my practice helps me move without pain and keep strength and flexibility in both my body and spirit.
