FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASS
Newcomers are welcome to take a free class during the first 3 weeks of the Fall Session: August 30—Nov 28. Please email Constance when you plan to come. She can tell you about parking, entrances, elevators, etc. and answer any other questions you might have.
We provide mats and any other props you may need, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Come with an empty stomach, or eat lightly no less than two hours before class. Wear shorts or tights. (Baggy pants and bell-bottoms obscure your view and your teacher’s view of your knees and ankles.)
