FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASSES
Newcomers may take a free 50+ or Level 1 class during the first three weeks of the Winter/Spring Session, January 4–24. Please email Constance when you plan to come. She can tell you about parking, entrances, elevators, etc. and answer any other questions you might have.
We provide mats and any other props you may need, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Come with an empty stomach, or eat lightly no less than two hours before class. Wear shorts or tights. (Baggy pants and bell-bottoms obscure your view and your teacher’s view of your knees and ankles.)
